RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

All items (EXCLUDING SALE and ACCESSORIES, these are FINAL SALE ITEMS) can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date if:

Items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume or smells.

 

Once we receive your items and determine they are in good condition, the return will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at info@halfmoonbrows.com. All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the item(s). If the correct or non defective item is available, an exchange will be made. If an exchange can’t be made, a full refund will be issued. 

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via email at info@halfmoonbrows.com or by phone at 317-439-2843.

Orders over $75 USD ship free!

 

Our flat rate shipping is $7.99. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing and another email once your order has shipped out. Your order will be shipped via USPS and will typically arrive within 2-3 business days, but occasionally outside factors create a delay. We are not responsible for any USPS delays once your order has left our possession. 

 

LOCAL PICKUPS:

Choose "in-store pickup" as your shipping option at checkout if you are local and would like to pick-up your purchase at the studio! You will receive an email whenever your order is ready for pickup and orders can be picked up during our business hours. Please pickup your order within 14 days of purchasing. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be returned to the original form of payment.
